SNG Constructions was registered in Australia in 2010 by Kedar Gharpure and is a result of merging the old and the new. The company and its customers are able to benefit from an invaluable 30 year experience of SNG Engineering India – Reputable Civil Engineering Contractors executing Design, Construct and Maintain Projects of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants as well as embrace a new mindset for modern construction and management techniques. Kedar (B.E. Civil, MBA) has extensive Civil Engineering experience in Earthworks, Piling, Pumping stations, Water & Waste water Treatment, pipelines, Thrust Boring, Directional Drilling, Pipeline Rehabilitation works etc.

SNG Construction Pty Ltd has third party accreditation to ISO9001-2008: Quality Management System; ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System; AS/NZ 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Our management systems are designed to meet our company operations for Sydney Water, Yarra Valley Water and other government statutory bodies. This certification is JAS-ANZ recognised and provides our clients the confidence that SNG management systems adhere to rigorous principles.

Workplace Health and Safety

SNG Constructions Pty Ltd has established and implemented Quality Assurance system to the requirements of AS/NZ4801:2001.  Our occupational health and safety training and standards are of the highest priority. We have a dedicated OH&S representative who prepares safety guidelines especially tailored towards each workplace. It is a mandatory procedure for all new and existing workers to be inducted through these safety guidelines before all works commence on our sites. Tool box meetings are held on a regular basis towards our commitment to improvement in eliminating hazards and develop safe work methods.

Training

We ensure that all site personnel have all the necessary training to be in compliance with WorkCover. Our key personnel have accredited training on water and sewer construction along with confined space training. We are diligent about site personnel having work, health and safety training.
